Kevin joined EQ Resources in 2019 and was appointed Interim CEO & Senior Technical Advisor in May 2020, becoming CEO on 1 April 2021. He transitioned to Chief Technical Officer on 1 April 2025, and on 1 October 2025 was appointed Head of Operational Excellence, reflecting the Company’s sharpened focus embedding performance improvements, technical innovation and operational discipline across the business.

With more than 35 years’ experience across resource project development and operations, Kevin has held senior roles including President of Etruscan Diamonds (TSX-listed Etruscan Resources) and Founder & Managing Director of Specialized Metallurgical Projects Pty Ltd, later majority-acquired by the CRONIMET Group. He also served as Managing Director of CRONIMET Mining Processing SA Pty Ltd, leading the application of sensor-based sorting and gravity separation technologies to transform low-grade resources and historic waste into viable operations. Over his career, he has secured more than A$150 million in equity and A$200 million in debt for project development.

As Head of Operational Excellence, Kevin provides technical and operational leadership across Mt Carbine (Australia) and Barruecopardo (Spain), driving improvements in production, recovery, and efficiency while supporting the Company’s broader growth strategy.
