Patricia has over 10 years of experience in law and company secretarial matters with listed and unlisted companies in Brazil. She specialises in corporate, corporate governance, capital markets, M&A and secretarial compliance.

Patricia holds a Bachelor of Laws (Civil Law degree) from Cândido Mendes University, Rio de Janeiro; a Graduate Diploma of Corporate Law and Capital Markets from Fundacao Getulio Vargas; and a Graduate Diploma in Compliance from Instituto Brasileiro do Petroleo (Brazilian Institute of Oil and Gas) in Rio de Janeiro. Furthermore, Patricia is Admitted to practice in the Brazilian Bar Association, section of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She is currently studying at Swinburne University to obtain her Victorian Bachelor of Law Qualification.
