Mark is a geologist and exploration leader with more than 25 years of multinational experience across exploration, discovery and resource growth. He has held senior exploration roles with Gold Road Resources, GBM Resources and Resolute Mining, with experience spanning target generation, geological modelling, resource upgrades and near-mine discovery programs across a range of operating environments.

As General Manager Discovery and Growth, Mark leads EQR's exploration strategy, target generation, technical evaluation and resource growth opportunities across the Company's operating and regional portfolio, supporting the development of long-term tungsten platforms around EQR's established production and processing hubs.
