Tenement Schedule In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 5.3.3, the following table is submitted with respect to tenements held by the Company and its controlled entities: ML4867 & ML4919 were renewed for a further 19 years during the reporting period (refer ASX Announcement ‘’Mt Carbine Mining lease renewed for 19 Years’ dated 24 March 2023). This renewal included a new landowner agreement with Australian Wildlife Conservatory (AWC) and a submission of an initial Mine Plan for the first 5 years of mining.
