Our ESG Program EQR employs the TTJT ESG Categorisation Framework (refer Figure 7) to guide the maturation of its ESG program. This program is rooted in the Company’s core values and purpose, aligning its foundational commitments with tangible metrics for future reporting whenever possible. The Company is dedicated to the ongoing enhancement of its ESG policies and programs, recognising the imperative of adaptability as it grows and evolves. These policies undergo regular review to ensure practical application and adherence to its values, as well as meeting the expectations of its valued shareholders. Strategic Positioning Building on Our ESG Foundation EQR continues to strengthen its ESG foundation with insights from leadership workshops and stakeholder surveys.
